Akemi Mattress 15-Year Guarantee

This product is covered under Houzs Century Warranty Policy for a period of up to 15 years, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

This warranty is valid only in Malaysia and must be supported with a valid proof of purchase.

 

FIFTEEN (15) YEARS FULL REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Any manufacturing defects discovered within the 15-year period will be eligible for a one-to-one mattress replacement at no additional product cost.

However, transportation costs for product return and replacement delivery must be borne by the purchaser.

Houzs Century reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if the original materials are unavailable at the time of replacement.

Minor body impressions (less than 2cm) on the mattress surface are considered normal and are not deemed defects. This is the natural settling of upholstery layers as they conform to body contours.

Claims must be made through Houzs Century’s official service channels. We will not be held responsible for any repairs or replacements performed outside of our authorized service network.

 

SPECIFICALLY COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY

✔ Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

✔ Noise or squeaking from internal spring units under normal use

 

NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY

✘ Normal wear and tear over time

✘ Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or excessive weight/pressure

✘ Bedding that is unsanitary, stained, burned, infested, or exposed to liquids

✘ Use on unsupported or incompatible foundations (e.g. frames without center support)

✘ External fabric damage including cuts, pilling, tears, or peeling due to misuse

✘ Commercial usage, unless specified by product design

✘ Changes in comfort preference (firmness/softness is subjective)

✘ Natural disasters such as floods, fire, or other acts of God

✘ Claims without valid proof of purchase
